Parity Online operates an almost entirely online operation - you should use our Contact Form to contact us in the first instance; we endeavour to respond within 3 hours on a working day (9-5 Mon-Fri) but often get a reply to you much faster.  For those that prefer to use the telephone, we can also be contacted on 08456 341877 - please note that a quicker response is often achieved via e-mail.  New orders cannot be placed over the telephone; please use our secure online ordering system.

Compatible and remanufactured cartridges provide a great way to save money on your printing costs; and in the case of remanufactured cartridges, you're even helping the environment by re-using the plastic enclosure (most of the other parts are replaced with new ones though, to ensure a high quality print).

For most home and office purposes, the use of good-quality compatible or remanufactured cartridges gives no difference in printing quality when compared to the more expensive originals. Often, compatible cartridges hold more ink than the originals, so they are not only cheaper but they will print more pages too!

Compatibles and remanufactured cartridges are perfectly safe for use in the printers that they were designed for, and their use will not invalidate the warranty provided by your printer manufacturer. Many compatibles carry their own guarantees/warranties to provide you with peace of mind. In the case of our JetTec products, they come with a 1 year's warranty that means they will fix or replace your printer if one of their cartridges breaks it.

It is true that there are occasional problems with compatibles and remanufactured (recycled) cartridges, but in our experience these are rare; we have personally used compatibles for a number of years without any issues - the chances of problems can be reduced significantly by choosing decent quality cartridges (these are generally not the cheapest though). Here at Parity Online we have selected what we believe are top quality products that strike a good balance between quality, value for money (not cheapness) and reliabilty. We do our best to create the most comprehensive list of printers, but because there are so many different models it is inevitable that we have not listed some. However, many printer models share the same type of printer cartridge, so just because we don't list your printer model doesn't mean that we don't stock the inks for it. The best thing to do in this instance is to enter the model number of the cartridge into our Search box (top right of the page).

If nothing is returned then try adding or removing hyphens (ie. T-0481 becomes T0481, etc.) If you still get nothing, feel free to use our Contact Us page to ask if we have the item in stock. Remember to always check your printer manual to ensure that you are buying a printer cartridge with the correct model number!

We currently stock two different brands of products; G&G branded compatible products and JetTec branded compatible/remanufactured products.

We have chosen to use the G&G products as our low-cost compatible brand. They are not the cheapest compatibles available, but they offer reliable performance and good quality results at substantially lower cost than original cartridges; we believe this is a little more important than offering the really cheap cartridges where quality can be a little more hit-and-miss. The G&G products have ink that is tailored to specific printer models, and they are covered by our 30-day no-quibble guarantee - if you're not satisfied with the results, just return them to us and we will replace or refund (see our Terms and Conditions). These fantastic little cartridges are our low-cost compatibles, but we're certain you'll be pleased with the results.

For our premium compatible and remanufactured (recycled) cartridges, we have chosen JetTec products. Although more expensive than the G&G products, they cannot be compared on price alone. JetTec are a UK company who design, make and patent their cartridges - and ink - from scratch to get the best possible results from the printer. JetTec cartridges are ideal for heavy print users as they are often filled to the brim with ink - sometimes 100% more than their original counterparts - so that you get more pages for your money. The company has a strong ethical and environmental policy and they are winners of the Queen's Award for Innovation. On top of all that, JetTec products are covered by a year's warranty (plus our own 30-day no-quibble guarantee!) All in all, a superb cartridge providing excellent value for money.
